Payment methods

Paypal – After completing the order, the customers need to proceed to check out by choosing their payment option. If they choose Paypal as their payment method, they will be redirected to the Paypal page, where they can login into their account and proceed with the payment. Simple, safe and fast.

Bank transfer – In case of payment via bank transfer we ask our clients kindly to register their order and proceed to check out with the payment option Bank Transfer. We will receive an email with their order and they will receive further details for the finalization of the order, such as the bank account number, along with the order number that needs to be specified when making the transfer.

Cash in envelope – Though we don’t advice the usage of this method, because we cannot assume any responsibility for lost envelopes, the customers have also the possibility to send the value of their order in cash via registered post. We kindly ask our clients to register their order and proceed to check out with the payment option Cash in envelope. We will receive an email with their order and they will receive further details for the finalization of the order, such as the address where the envelope has to be sent, along with the order number that needs to be specified.

Delivery

All the orders are sent from The Netherlands or from Spain. ​If the customers complete the order in the beginning of the week, until 12AM-13PM, they will be able to receive their products within 4 days, most of the times. Otherwise, a maximum of 7 days delivery time is assured within Europe. The orders can be sent with regular mail service, but we strongly recommend the registered mail option, being the safest and the fastest. With registered mail the customers have the warranty that the products will be delivered between 4 to 7 working days and the delivery costs are around 9.50 EUR/delivery​within Europe. The customers need to sign when receiving the letter, but the envelope that we send the products in does not contain our company name or anything related to it, only the postal marks.

Original package

The seeds from Green Common Sense are sent in their original package with the strain name on it. We send all the seeds from Mr. Nice Seedbank in their original sealed package. The seed packs from Mr.Nice Seedbank contain most of the times 18 seeds, but due to the possibility of having a pack from time to time with less than 18 seeds, it’s advertised that the pack contains between 15 and 18 seeds / pack.​

Discreet Shipping

Before sending the order, we place the products in a coloured cd envelope, which we pack it in another paper bubble envelope in order to protect the content.

Secure ordering

Placing the order via the website is a fast and discreet method. After completing the order, personal customers’ data are requested, such as name, delivery address, e-mail. Personal customers’ data will only be shared with our payment service provider (if the customers choose Paypal as payment option) and delivery services, strictly for processing and delivering orders. We do not store your personal data. We do store non-personal data, like the volume of sells, views/ products, in order to assure the needs of our customers.​

Returns and refunds

All envelopes sent with registered mail are insured. In cases when the value of order is higher than 100 euro, we give the freebies seeds pack from Green Common Sense seed stock and free delivery. If by any chance the order did not reach the destination, we will replace the order and take care of any inconvenience. With registered mail it’s almost certain that the orders will be delivered in time at the customers’ door, therefore we strongly advice to choose this shipping option.

Privacy policy

Personal customers’ data will only be shared with our payment service provider and delivery services, strictly for processing and delivering orders. We do not store your personal data. We do store non-personal data, like the volume of sells, views / products, in order to assure the needs of our users / customers.
